How to Use MPEG4 Modifier:
You can use a program called MPEG4 Modifier: http://www.moitah.net/
1. Make a copy of the file, so you don't edit the original, until you are sure that the edited file works.
2. Edited the codec details from xxxbxxxp (x=various numbers) to 999b000p and save.
3. Test the new file.
